CROSSOVERS & UPGRADES
Frequently asked questions regarding development upgrades and crossovers:
1. How do I crossover my OMHA, GTHL, OWHA, etc...coaching/trainer certification?
Forward a copy of your current coach/trainer certification and your current Prevention Services certification number along with your complete address and the $8.00 crossover fee (some Associations cover the fee) to the ALLIANCE HOCKEY Office:
71 Albert Street Stratford, Ontario N5A 3K2
The Office will then mail you your new card.
2. How do I upgrade my existing Level One Trainer Certification?
Forward a copy of your current trainer certification card and your current Prevention Services certification number, along with a copy of your First Aid certificate, your complete address and the $8.00 upgrade fee (some Associations cover the fee) to the Alliance Office:

The Office will then mail you your new card.
DID YOU KNOW...?
ALLIANCE Level Coach certifications do not expire.
ALLIANCE Trainer certifications expire August 31, three years from the date you took your training clinic.

Interested in becoming an ALLIANCE HOCKEY Certified Course Conductor? Please contact Jill White, Manager, Development Programs and Membership Services for further information. ALLIANCE Trainer certifications expire August 31, three years from the date you took your original training clinic.
People with certification numbers beginning in `05` are due to expire August 31, 2005 (i.e. 05-TK1-12345-H, 05-TK2-12345-H). Please ensure that you renew your certification by registering for a Level I certification clinic, upgrading to Level II or renewing your Level II certification with an updated First Aid certificate.
HTCP LEVEL I CERTIFICATION UPGRADES TO LEVEL II
Forward a copy of your current trainer certification card and your current Prevention Services certification number, along with a copy of your current First Aid certificate, your complete address and the $8.00 upgrade fee (some Associations cover the fee) to the Alliance Office:

The Office will then mail you your new card.
Your Level II HTCP certification expiry date will be August 31 of the year of your First Aid expiry date.
HTCP CROSSOVERS FROM OTHER OHF MEMBER PARTNERS (OMHA, GTHL, OWHA, etc. trainer certification)
